My professional path is defined by a commitment to the intersection of policy and finance, where I have dedicated my career to advancing clean energy solutions. This mission is deeply rooted in my Episcopal faith, guiding my service within the Church and my leadership in the industry.
As a leader in Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) policy, I have successfully passed C-PACE legislation across multiple states, unlocking over $1 billion in investments for resiliency and efficiency. My work has enabled C-PACE programs in Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, New Mexico and Tennessee. Additionally, I have worked with stakeholders to expand programs in Florida, Minnesota and New York.
